Live a Life that is Good and Right

One day your whole life will flash before your eyes,

So in living your life be prudent and wise,

Do not in any way accumulate follies and sin,

That way the battle of life you can never win,

If you are honest in earning your daily bread,

That is what will stand you in good stead,

If you do not any pettiness or chicanery come nigh,

You will be able to walk with your head held high,

If you do not swallow of the world any lowly bait,

If on the straight and narrow path you keep steady your gait,

If you do not give way to the distortions of the mind,

A whole lot of happiness and peace you will find,

At the end of the day you will have on your conscience no weight,

You can always live light and die light,

If you know how to live a life that is good and right!
