If you find yourself in a bind,
This Diwali declutter your mind,
Knock off all the needless weight,
Let go of jealousy, ego and hate,
Lessen the load you have been carrying for ages
Which of your past karmas constitutes the wages,
Sweep your mind clean of the pile of dirt,
Shed the baggage of festering wounds and hurt,
Once you have cleansed your mind,
A treasure trove of peace and joy you will find,
In divine benediction you will find yourself basking,
Every blessing will be yours for the asking,
The goddess with her lotus feet will into your dwelling tiptoe,
Dispelling the darkness of misery and woe,
Thus bathed in her effulgent celestial glory,
You will lend real meaning to a festive tradition hoary!

Thanks for your response and your appreciation, dear! You are right. The sooner we start decluttering our lives and the more we do it, the better. Who is Marie Condo by the way? Well, I will google and check. She seems to be on the same page with us so far as decluttering is concerned.
