Throw your hat in the ring,
Like a doughty warrior of courage sing,
Fight with all you have to the very end,
A message of unconquerable will send,
Let your tale of heroism legions inspire,
Let them learn how for a worthy goal to sweat and perspire,
Let them learn from you how to play with fire,
How to squarely face every situation formidable and dire,
Do not ever give up without a fight,
Have the gumption to stand for what is right,
Out of the fire of forbidding trials is greatness born
Which to the pitch dark is a dawning morn,
Show to the world that you are made of sterner stuff,
That you can take on your chin the jolts of life rough and gruff,
Have it in you to with elan a storm ride
So that as someone of consequence they know you far and wide!
