Good generous people are worth their weight in gold,
You can make this statement clear and bold!
Their sweetness like a cosy shawl around themselves they wrap,
On the goodness inside you also they gently tap,
In a world that is largely selfish and cold,
They cast those around them into their own goodly mould,
They are so transparently warm and fair
That they come across as a breath of fresh air,
They light up our lives like nothing else,
They are like the dulcet sounds of temple bells,
They are the nourishing food for our soul,
They make our truncated fragmented selves whole,
They are to you a sacred gift of God,
You can make this statement clear and bold!

Well said professor Saheb. In today’s world when most of the people are running their own rat race and are generally selfish and strongly judgemental, one comes across very few people who are genuinely caring and emphatic towards others. One must value such genuine folks who can touch and transform the lives of others.
