Let the moment be your guide,
It will never take you for a ride!
It will show you the way like a lamp post,
It will treat you like a most gracious host!
Allow it to hold your hand,
It will take you on journeys amazing and grand!
If you to the moment surrender,
It will unfold before you wonder after wonder!
Of life it contains the seed,
So the call of the moment you should heed!
Of life it holds the essence,
Take due cognisance of its presence!
Live in the moment with awareness,
That is what I can say in all fairness!
In moments does it exist,
That of life is the gist!
