Let go and breathe easy,
Otherwise because of your baggage you will be in a tizzy!
It will weigh you down,
And on your brow there will always be a frown!
Don’t hold old grudges and animosities tight,
Let go so as to travel light!
Learn from the past and take its leave
So that in the present you can beautiful patterns weave!
Haven’t you often heard and read
That life is about forging ahead!
Move on without any dead weight,
Do not pander to any old prejudice or simmering hate!
With a clean slate approach every day,
That is surely an enlightened person’s way!
