Be cool and take it easy,
Why always fret and be so busy?
Take it easy and slow,
Let every cell be at peace and glow.
Don’t take things to heart,
Don’t sulk over every wart,
Don’t against yourself wage a war ,
Don’t set for yourself too high a bar.
Take it easy and slow,
Let the tranquil nature on you grow,
Look at the geese floating on the lake,
They are in no hurry, they don’t fake.
Flow with life, let yourself be,
Look at the beauty pervading this lea,
Soak in the amazing hues of the sky,
Don’t let this world wring your soul dry.
Live in this world but don’t let it on you grow,
A measure of detachment will soften every blow,
As your coffee takes its own sweet time to brew,
Of this fretful world calmly have a dispassionate view!
