Stillness of the soul
Makes our lives whole.
A still mind can for the storms of life itself brace,
It becomes a conduit for divine light and grace.
A quiet mind is of wisdom the fount,
It can the pinnacle of consciousness mount.
It builds bridges with the Supreme Soul,
Can than that there be any worthier goal?
Quietude makes you a detached observer of life’s play,
It bathes in celestial light all that seems murky and grey.
Stillness of the core makes you centred and calm,
It can for your wounded soul be the celestial balm.
Be still and your centre find,
Liberate yourself from life’s chaos and grind!
