You water me,

I water you,

We both flower and grow.

You nurture me,

I nurture you,

We both in rhythm flow.

You listen to me,

I listen to you,

We both in empathy glow.

You have my back,

And I have yours,

Through choppy waters we row.

You give me your hand,

And I give you mine,

So steadily through life we go.

Solidarity is the thing

That gives our lives wings,

It makes our spirits soar,

One can ask for what more?
