Keep Life Simple

Keep life simple,

Do not complicate it,

Be for it grateful,

Do not berate it.

Life is a precious gift,

So the grain from the chaff sift,

Live life fully and wholly,

Not to do so will be a folly.

You are here for a day,

So keep your vanities at bay,

Do not be an obstinate bull,

Live life to the hilt, to the full.

Time is a passing wonder,

Do not fritter it away in bluff and blunder,

Soon enough it will be gone,

Howsoever much you whimper and moan.

With positive energy your life suffuse,

To heed to the call of the devil refuse,

With child like innocence live,

A salute to the endless miracles of life give,

Without getting into any unseemly row,

To its thousand mysteries bow!
