Play your part well,

Do not on pettiness dwell,

Bathe yourself in glory

Before you become a story!

Do not let shoddiness your psyche scar,

Do not be with yourself at war,

Do not your fair name tar

Before you become a story!

Do not act puny and small,

Let not insidious ego hold you in thrall,

Do not at things contrary snarl

Before you become a story!

Do not give way to consuming rage,

Accept those not on the same page,

Do not war against them wage

Before you become a story!

Spread your aroma wherever you go,

The door to ensnaring temptations show,

Towards the ocean of enlightenment row

Before you become a story!

You are destined to become a story,

That is the truth final and hoary,

So before you are swept away by life’s gale,

Make sure to become a fascinating tale!
